  • I just love this amazing industry.

I’m one of the few hairdressers in the UK to be awarded the colour Specialist degree, also currently a L’Oréal Educator in Northern Ireland. Colour is my passion; in all areas of my life I need colour! I really get a buzz from seeing my team members moving forward, taking part in photo-shoots, charity days & competitions.

I’m just as passionate about hairdressing now as when I started, if not more so! My passions include wedding hair, fashion shows and photo shoots. My work is published in Ulster Bride, Ulster Tatler, Vogue and Your Hair magazine. Hairdressing is one of the most rewarding vocations; you are responsible for making your clients feel amazing when they leave the salon knowing you’ve given someone a lift and a feel good factor about themselves.

  • I’ve been privileged to work as part of the Peter Maud team for a fabulous 21 years! 14 years as a senior stylist and part of our amazing artistic team, and last 7 years as salon educator. As a mum of two I find my role in Peter Maud extremely rewarding and well balanced, as I can impact my children’s lives at home and share my 24 years experience within the hairdressing industry with our young up and coming trainees in the salon.

Home grown in the house of Peter Maud, I lead the artistic team specialising in session styling, bridal hair, long hair work, seminars, training and photo shoots. I like to work technically with a visual finish adding my own signature to each client – male and female. I am also the Charity Coordinator; most recently took to the skies in diving 13,000 feet for breast cancer. I like giving something back to our community and I feel our charity work showcases this.

I try to keep everyone in time and in line! My tea and coffee making skills are second to none and I enjoy getting to know each and every client that comes through the doors of the House of Maud. When I'm not booking in your appointments and answering the phone I deal with updating our booking system, social media and maintainence of our website to put my qualifications to good use!

Graduate Stylist & L'Oreal Certified Colourist

  • I love my job and wouldn’t be anything but a hairdresser, because I get the feel good factor when clients leave the salon feeling wonderful about how they look. I enjoy doing colour and hair-ups; you can be very creative and change the look of your hair without actually cutting it.

I've been with Peter Maud for nearly 3 years now. I bring the sass and the class to the salon. This year I'm competing in the GRAND FINALS of the L'Oreal Colour Trophy in London. I couldn't have done this without the excellent mentoring and training I've recieved from the salon and I'm very grateful that they have taken me under their wing.

I have worked in Peter Maud for 4 years now. I recently gained my certified colourist certificate from L'Oreal after a lot of hard work and I'm proud to achieve this as there's only 6 people with this qualification in Northern Ireland. While I was studying in college I won Trainee Of The Year out of all the colleges in Northern Ireland! I've worked on London Graduate Fashion Week and I'm excited to add more of these events to my experience as the years go on. My favourite thing to do in hairdressing is colouring, using different techniques which I've learned to make people look and feel beautiful. I really love to try and make clients feel special when they're leaving the salon.

  • I have been with Peter Maud for 5 years now. I started off here on my work experience and then on placement here while I was studying at college. I've recently completed my Level 3 in hairdressing to become fully qualified and I'm now undertaking the courses required to become a L'Oreal Certified Colourist! Tyler and I have been selected for the grand finals of the L'Oreal Colour Trophy in London for 2019 which has been an amazing achievement and I'm so proud of us and our team. I'm honoured to work for such a high profile salon and I'm looking forward to building up my reputation and clientele. I want to make each client have a day to feel good about themselves and to embark on a journey with them and their hair.

I've been at Peter Maud nearly 2 years now. I'm currently studying for my Level 3 in hairdressing to become full qualified. I love cutting hair of all lengths and styles and I've been told that my blow drying is fantastic. I enjoy making people feel relaxed and happy in the salon. I'm aiming to be a top hair stylist in the future and I feel that Peter Maud is the perfect place to achieve this as I'm constantly learning and surrounded by people who want to teach me.

Think you have what it takes to be on the team? We're looking for stylists and colourists of all levels. Please send us your most recently updated CV to to get started!
